The board of the non-profit organization Assisi Franciscuse Selts consists of three members:
- Janne Orro - responsible for the veterinary activities of the NGO
- Tiina Ots - responsible for accounting of the NGO
- Kirke Roosaar - responsible for other documentation of the NGO, also runs the everyday activity in the shelter
