Mon-Sat 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Outside these hours, emergency calls can be made through the rescue agency number 112, but this is only for cases that present a danger to humans or animals.
We respond to calls from those local government territories that previously have contracts in place with our shelter for public services. Service requests need to always be confirmed by a local government representative.
Also, the Tartu Animal Shelter does not deal with farm animals (horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, etc.) due to the lack of room and suitable tools in our shelter.
