Calls outside Tartu city
We respond to calls from those local government territories that previously have contracts in place with our shelter for public services. Service requests need to always be confirmed by a local government representative.

The Emergency Agency and their phone number is 112.
Also, the Tartu Animal Shelter does not deal with farm animals (horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, etc.) due to the lack of room and suitable tools in our shelter.

Bus No 27 stop ERM, then on foot along a Museum Road about 700 meters - follow the signs.
