During 20:00 - 8:00, on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays the calls will be routed through the police call center, and reserved for cases where the life and health of an animal or a human is under a threat.
*Calls to the territory outside the city of Tartu* must be recieved through a local municipality officials.

*LOCATION OF THE SHELTER*
The shelter is situated in the northern part of Tartus, in Raadi, our address is 91K – which can be a bit misleading, because most of the actual Roosi street is actually a fair distance away from the shelter.
The closest public transport option is to take the bus no. 10 to the stop Kasarmu on Puiestee street, which still leaves you with a walk of about 2 kms.
With a car, the best route to take is by Vahi street or Roosi street. For a more detailed information about the route please see the map:
